Health Care Fund Board

Purpose and Composition

The purpose of the City’s Health Care Fund (Public Act 149) is for the accumulation and investment of funds to assist in providing for health care benefits for retired city employees.  The Board shall consist of the Treasurer and the 2 citizen members of the Trenton Fire & Police Pension Board of Directors, appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council.
